Rob Camerer

As Chairman & Managing Director, Rob sets the direction of BioFutureRx and leads the advancement of its proprietary programs. He draws on decades in pharmaceutical development and dealmaking, applying that experience to building a biopharmaceutical company around assets the company owns and engineers itself.

That focus shapes how the company operates today. Rob directs BioFutureRx's concentration on novel peptide therapeutics — beginning with BFRx3711, the company's wholly owned GLP-1 analog — and the work of moving it along a defined path from preclinical research toward the clinic.

He stays close to the program's most significant decisions, pairing a long view of where the GLP-1 market is heading with the practical work of advancing a development-stage asset and structuring the partnerships that fund it.
